Detailed Itinerary of Golden Triangle Tour With Amritsar

 Day 01 : Delhi sightseeing

Tourists complete their breakfast at the hotel and are about to experience the magic and charisma of Delhi city. Delhi is a lively city with a number of attractions to be viewed and enjoyed. Tourists start by watching the Red Fort, Jama Masjid which is India's oldest as well as the largest mosque. The tourist would be provided with a guide to help them know each and every spot and its specialty. Tourists would also enjoy watching Qutub Minar which is India's 2nd largest Minar. Then they would move forward to visit the Parliament house, India gate, and the President's house. Tourists can learn more about the history and significance of the places from the guides.  Day 02 :Delhi to Jaipur (263 kms approx., 5Hrs)

Tourists have tasty breakfast and drive from Delhi towards Jaipur. Tourists are transferred to hotel where they can keep their luggage and start for their Jaipur sightseeing tour as they have leisure time in the evening.

Grand city Palace

Morning tourists drive to Grand city Palace, which is Jaipur Maharaja's official residence. The palace is located in a center place and takes about 2 hours to watch the art exhibitions, galleries, and state rooms. The best part of the palace is that it has big silver vessels in Diwan-I-Khas, peacock gate which is ornamented expensively, and rare collection of opulent and gruesome weapons which was used in the history of Jaipur. The afternoon session would be followed by watching Jantar Mantar for a calm and peaceful environment. By evening they watch out the sunset at sun temple. The places covered during the first day of Jaipur sightseeing are the striking Hawa Mahal or Palace of winds, the Jantar Mantar which holds unique observation instruments, the gates and walls of the pink city, the busy city and markets and shops in Jaipur and finally the sunset at sun temple.  Day 03 : Jaipur sightseeing

The second day is made unforgettable by visiting the splendid forts across Jaipur. Tourists complete their breakfast and start their day for sightseeing in Jaipur. The first spot in the morning is the Amer Fort, where it bears stunning artistic details and big defenses which are a highlight for Jaipur. The fort is a high ridge and elephants help visitors to get to the fort. As passing through the road to Amer Fort the Jal Mahal is visited and tourists can snap shots of the Mahal. The Palace floats at the center of Lake Mansagar which was once a shooting lodge for the Maharaja.

After lunch in one of the best restaurant in Jaipur, tourists head towards the monkey temple or the Galit Ji temple. This temple earns this name as it is home for about 100 monkeys. A fortified castle called the Nahargarh fort was one which guarded Jaipur and is a perfect place to watch the sunset. After completion of these spots, tourists can get to their hotel and they have leisure time in the evening, have dinner and halt for the night.

 Day 04 : Jaipur to Agra (240 kms approx. , 4Hrs)

After completing breakfast in the morning, tourists start towards Agra for sightseeing. Drive and visit Fatehpur Sikri on the way which is also known as Ghost capital. Tourists can visit the tomb of Salim Chishti which is Akbar's residential complex. After completion of Fatehpur Sikri, drive straight to Agra. They have leisure time in the evening and halt the night at Agra hotel.

 Day 05 :Agra sightseeing

There are other places to visit in Agra the next day, they are the Agra fort, which is a gorgeous and massive fort built with the red stone during Mughal Empire. The Baby Taj or Itmad-Ud-Daulauh's is a marvelous tomb visited. By evening the extraordinary Taj Mahal is visited, where the tourists can watch the magnificent sun set. In the 16th century, Emperor Shah Jahan used complete white marble and constructed Taj Mahal in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Tourists can enjoy shopping at famed Agra marble handicrafts where abundant mats and rugs are available. They have leisure time in the evening to relax.

Arriving at Amritsar to Agra (Night journey) (665 kms)

Tourists take an overnight journey to Amritsar and reach the next morning. They check-in to their hotel, refresh and have leisure time to start the day.

 Day 06 :Amritsar sightseeing

The tourists start the day after they complete their breakfast. Their first visit is the golden temple, which is a famed Sikh Gurdwara. Kirtans are recited in this place and there is an amalgamation of music and voice. After paying respect the tourists are to visit the Langar area and have community meals. Tourists then head towards the Jallianwala Bagh which is a symbol of the infamous massacre in April 1919 and it's just one km from Jallianwala Bagh. The next spot is the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Palace which is actually a museum now. This museum is just next to Jallianwala Bagh. Tourists should never forget to stop and shop at Kapra Bazar for Pulkari woven cloth, chunnis, salwar-kameez, and dupattas. Tourists should visit the world famed shoe store named Raunak store at Pink plaza at the Pink city. For lunch, tourists should enjoy the famed Punjabi dishes and delicacies. After completing the Amritsar sightseeing and shopping, they have leisure time in the evening and tourists halt the night at Amritsar.

 Day 07 :Amritsar to Delhi (450 kms approx. , 7.30Hrs)

The next day on day 7 tourists complete their breakfast in their hotels and have leisure time in the morning where they can walk through the streets and also enjoy shopping. They start to New Delhi from Amritsar by train and carry beautiful memories that happened the past 6 days and reach Delhi. They are dropped at the Airport to reach their home town.
